Larken Associates has negotiated a 3,500-square-foot lease with the International Boxing Federation at 899 Mountain Ave. in Springfield.
Located in Echo Executive Plaza since 2010, the tenant sought to relocate to a larger office space as it approached the renewal of it lease, according to a news release. Working closely with Larken Associates’ leasing team, the International Boxing Federation negotiated a new deal that expanded the nonprofit’s space by 1,500 square feet.
“Echo Executive Plaza is among Union County’s premier office and retail properties,” said Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates. “We are proud to be able to support the success of organizations like the International Boxing Federation and we are confident their new space will succeed in positioning the company for continued growth in the coming years.”
Echo Executive Plaza is a three-story office building that is home to a range of tenants across the financial, insurance and service industries, the news release. Situated in the heart of Springfield, the building has direct access to Route 22 with surface and covered parking and a security presence along the perimeter.
Echo Executive Plaza is also adjacent to Larken’s Echo Plaza Shopping Center, a 66,567-square-foot community retail center with tenants such as No Body Denied Fitness, Outback Steakhouse and Sherwin Williams.
International Boxing Federation, a nonprofit that assists individuals in professional boxing, is one of four major organizations recognized by the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
