A real estate investment trust has sold a 90,000-square-foot office building in Tinton Falls for nearly $15 million, in a newly announced deal by JLL.
The brokerage team represented the seller in the transaction at 100 Tormee Drive, which sits on 8.65 acres just off the Garden State Parkway. It also procured the buyer, the privately held Rockford Holdings Group, which paid $14.75 million for the property.
JLL senior managing directors Jeremy Neuer and Jose Cruz completed the assignment, noting that the property is fully leased to Hackensack Meridian Health and Opentext. They added that the 23-year-old building is in an amenity-rich location near the Monmouth Mall, Jersey Shore Premium Outlets and walkable downtown areas such as Asbury Park and Red Bank, while it has access to Monmouth University.
