A developer has proposed building a 21-unit residential complex at what is now a repair shop in Jersey City’s Heights section, according to a published report.
The story by Jersey Digs said the developer, St. Pauls Ave LLC, has submitted plans for the four-story project at 662 Summit Ave. and 165-169 St. Pauls Ave. The lot is just north of Route 139, within walking distance of Journal Square and near other multifamily homes and auto repair shops, the report said.
As part of a plan submitted to the city’s zoning board, the developer would demolish the Trackside Motosport building to make way for part of the development, Jersey Digs reported.
