A residential real estate brokerage has leased more than 5,600 square feet of office space in Cherry Hill, in a deal arranged by Vantage Commercial.
HomeServices Insurance, a wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America Inc., is relocating to 535 Route 38 as part of its lease with Berk & Berk at Cherry Tree LLC, according to a news release. The Berkshire Hathaway affiliate will occupy 5,619 square feet within what’s known as Cherry Tree Corporate Center.
“HomeServices Insurance has selected an ideal location for their new office,” said Monica Walsh, director of client services at Vantage Commercial, who represented ownership in the deal. “Centrally located in Cherry Hill’s Golden Triangle section, the real estate company will benefit from their new and highly visible location for years to come. The Cherry Tree Corporate Center’s Class A office building met all of their requirements and exceeded their expectations. Ownership is thrilled to welcome HomeServices to their diverse list of co-tenants.”
