CBRE has added to its roster of retail brokers in New Jersey with one of its latest hires.
The real estate services firm said Friday that Patricia Fiore-AmecAngelo has joined the firm as a vice president. The industry veteran will be based in CBRE’s East Brunswick office, with a focus on tenant and landlord representation, site selection, site development and market analysis.
Prior to joining CBRE, Fiore-AmecAngelo worked for R.J. Brunelli & Co. and VRI Commercial Real Estate, the firm said in a news release. She was also a co-owner and operator of Centrex Sports Club located in Middletown.
“Patti’s comprehensive retail site selection and development capabilities further augment CBRE expanding retail advisory focus in the Tri-State region,” Jeff Hipschman, senior managing director with CBRE, said in a prepared statement. “Her extensive track record of delivering superior results for her clients aligns perfectly with CBRE’s focus on exceptional client outcomes.”
During her career, Fiore-AmecAngelo has completed sale and purchase transactions, as well as leases on behalf of landlords, developers and retailers around the country, the news release said. Some of her most noteworthy retail clients include 7-Eleven, The Montessori School, AAMCO Transmissions, Dunkin’ Donuts and many other national and regional operators.
CBRE said she has also advised private landlords and developers including Redwood Properties, BSG Management, DeVimy Properties and Atlantic Partners LLC.
