An investor has purchased a three-building, 139,000-square-foot warehouse portfolio in Egg Harbor Township, in a sale arranged by brokers with NAI Mertz.
The Mount Laurel-based firm announced the deal last week after marketing the properties — which include 6575, 6577 and 6579 Delilah Road — on behalf of the seller. The buyer, a user and investor, purchased the buildings for an undisclosed price.
Fred Meyer and Jonathan Klear were the listing agents for the portfolio, which is more than 65 percent occupied and sits on about 12.5 acres. They noted that the buildings are just off the Garden State Parkway, near the intersection of the Atlantic City Expressway.
“NAI Mertz was happy to service our client directly with a buyer who had a desired use for the buildings in a market that is getting lots of attention recently,” Klear said.
Part of the properties were recently upgraded with new roofing, the brokers said, also pointing to the portfolio’s 1,400 feet of frontage on Delilah Road.
