A residential brokerage team in Bergen County is touting the completion of more than $53 million in sales in 2019, making it the top-performing group in multiple towns in the area.
The Laura Gill Group, part of Keller Williams Village Square Realty in Ridgewood, said it has helped grow its sales due in part to the expansion of its team and its overall network of resources. That has helped it find continued success in locations such as Allendale, the hometown of leader and property marketing specialist Laura Gill.
“I’ve added top talent to my team over the past year, including expert sales manager Tisha Ramge,” Gill said. “We have added to our buyer specialist team and hired more administrative support, which has allowed us to provide exceptional service in all aspects of a real estate transaction. We pride ourselves on providing white glove service to our clients throughout the marketing process, negotiations, inspections and beyond.”
Gill, who also ranks seventh for performance out of more than 12,000 NJMLS-affiliated professionals statewide, specializes in residential listings in Bergen County and parts of Passaic County. Her full-service team handles properties ranging from entry-level condos to luxury homes, while also working with a network of contractors, landscapers, inspectors, plumbers and other professionals to recommend to homebuyers.
“We are seeing more families leaving cities like Hoboken and Jersey City, and looking for their forever home in Bergen County,” said Gill. “These families want to be near a train or a bus to get to New York City. They want to be near great schools. Most of all, they want more space, and many neighborhoods in Bergen County can provide that.”
Gill added that Bergen County has also seen its share of empty-nesters downsizing after their children move out, meaning homes in strong school districts are now on the market.
