TRANSACTION SPOTLIGHT

We represented client New York Red Bulls in its acquisition of the former Honeywell site off Columbia Road in Morris Township, NJ, and are continuing to represent them in their pending acquisition of adjoining land which will be integrated with the Honeywell site. The 80 acres of land, once developed, will feature eight full-size outdoor soccer pitches and house the team’s front office staff and a new state-of-the-art soccer complex which will accommodate Major League Soccer’s New York Red Bulls team and Red Bulls II (the reserve team of the New York Red Bulls), as well as serve as home to the New York Red Bulls Academy and Youth Training programs, North America’s leading youth soccer development system. We are also representing them in all aspects of the permitting and approval process for this exciting project.
