A roofing business has leased nearly 5,000 square feet at an office building in Elmwood Park, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson said.
The tenant, Peck Brothers Roofing, is taking space at 475 Market St., NAI Hanson said in a news release. Its new home, in a four-story, 68,532-square-foot building owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, has easy access to several major highways and proximity to its warehousing and distribution facility.
NAI Hanson’s Randy Horning, Darren Lizzack and Mike Guerra represented Peck Brothers LLC in the transaction.
“We have built our reputation for excellent client service off of deals like this one,” Lizzack said. “Our client was searching for a high-quality space that offered a quick and turn-key buildout process, so we tailored our search for spaces to suit their needs.
“We were happy to work with one of the Elmwood Park’s most successful businesses to keep them in the borough and negotiate a lease on their behalf that reflected their business’ needs.”
Stephen C. Jennings, Sanzari’s vice president of leasing and marketing, arranged the deal on behalf of ownership.
“With capabilities for office, laboratory and warehouse space, Elmwood Corporate Park provides the ideal setting for companies with multi-faceted space needs who desire convenient access to the region’s major roadways,” Jennings said. “We are thrilled whenever a tenant chooses one of our properties to grow or expand their business, and are pleased to welcome Peck Brothers to Elmwood Park Plaza.”
