An industrial user has acquired a nearly 39,000-square-foot property in Camden County for some $2.6 million, in a newly announced transaction by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm said the buyer, Brendan Fernandes of 400 Cooper Road LLC, had been renting space at another building for several years when it opted to purchase 400 Cooper Road in West Berlin, taking advantage of low interest rates. Its new home sits at the East Taunton Avenue intersection, offering 38,928 square feet with eight drive-in doors, 22- to 28-foot ceiling heights and ample parking.
Brett Davidoff, a senior vice president with Rose Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer in the $2.59 million purchase from GW Investors LLC.
