A longtime tenant of a 2,700-square-foot office building in Marlton has acquired the property, under a $450,000 sale arranged by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm represented Larry Shemesh, the building’s now former owner, in the transaction at 54 South Maple Ave. Rose Psychiatric LLC acquired the two-story property, seeking to make an investment after leasing for several years.
Rose Commercial Real Estate Vice President Brett Davidoff brokered the sale. He touted the building’s location in downtown Marlton and easy access to Routes 73 and 70.
