Saddleback Real Estate Developers has completed a new 5,000-square-foot lease in Fairfield with a construction supplier, the investment and development firm said Friday.
The landlord, which is based in the township, announced that JMD Building Products LLC had taken the space at 40 Pier Lane West. The tenant is a woman-owned and -operated small business supplier for contractors working on public and private industrial and commercial projects, along with state and municipal purchasing agents.
“Saddleback’s strength lies in our strong portfolio of properties in Fairfield and throughout northeastern New Jersey,” said Terry Frassetto, the firm’s president.
Scott Kraft of Allied Realty brokered the transaction, noting that the new location “provides JMD with the needed space to expand their business in a prime location and to better serve their customers.” The ownership and brokerage team also touted the building’s location directly off Route 46, which offers easy access interstates 80 and 280.
“Saddleback has significant holdings in the Fairfield market,” said Salvatore Frassetto, Saddleback’s chairman. “We will continue to expand our presence of both large and small properties here and in the New Jersey industrial market.”
