A private investor has acquired a 30,000-square-foot shopping center in the Burlington County township of Willingboro, in one of several recent transactions by Jeffery Realty.
According to the brokerage firm, the 16-year-old Willingboro Town Center is a prominent retail property between Delran and Burlington. Jeffery’s Shane Wierks represented both parties in the deal at 4376 Route 130, the terms of which were not disclosed.
The company also brokered the sale of a Toyota Service Center property at 1601 Livingston Ave. in North Brunswick. Bill Farkas represented the seller and procured the buyer, also a private investor.
In Morris Township, Jeffery completed six leases totaling 37,264 square feet at Morris Marketplace, which sits at 191 East Hanover Ave. Steven Battista and William Lenaz represented ownership in the deals with Mattress Warehouse, Burlington, Restore Wellness, UBreakIFix, Panda Express and Taco Bell.
The brokerage firm also inked two leases at Ledgewood Commons, a recently renovated center at 461 Route 10 in Roxbury’s Ledgewood section. Old Navy and Altice took a combined 18,000 square feet under a set of deals brokered by Jeffery’s Farkas, Mike Testa and Wierks, who worked alongside Michel Friedman of Inline Realty and Jake Frantzman of Ripco Real Estate.
