A company that offers co-working space for beauty professionals is making its entrance to New Jersey, inking leases for locations in Monmouth, Camden and Union counties.
Brokers with Cushman & Wakefield announced that the operator, Phenix Salon Suites, has taken a combined 16,862 square feet at the three locations in the Garden State. The largest among them is a 5,962-square-foot commitment at Tinton Falls Plaza, a shopping center at 980 Shrewsbury Ave. in Tinton Falls.
C&W’s David Townes and Alana Friedman represented Phenix Salon Suites as its New York metropolitan area leasing agent. The chain has also leased 5,500 square feet at Garden State Pavilions at 2240 West Marlton Pike in Cherry Hill and 5,400 square feet at 45 Central Drive in Clark.
Allesandro Randazzo of Metro Commercial represented the landlord in Cherry Hill, while Sam Bernhaut and Nicole Nannola of CBRE represented ownership in Clark.

Townes also touted the completion of new leases in Norwalk, Connecticut, and Massapequa, New York, as part Phenix Salon Suites’ expansion in the tristate area Founded in 2007, the operator now has more than 250 locations nationally.
