Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has bolstered its leasing team with the promotion of one of its recent hires.
In a news release Wednesday, the commercial real estate firm said it has elevated Carolina Gutierrez to manager in its leasing and marketing department. She earns the promotion after joining the company last year as a property management analyst, a role in which she was a key contributor in several departmental and tenant management initiatives.
Sanzari also noted that Gutierrez developed an in-depth understanding of Glenpointe, its flagship mixed-use campus in Teaneck, building a strong rapport with its more than 70 tenants. In her new role, she will spearhead marketing initiatives to help drive leasing activity and enhance tenant retention across its commercial portfolio, with an emphasis on Glenpointe.
“Since joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Carolina has been an invaluable addition to the team, not only taking a proactive approach to her role but continually going above and beyond to implement creative solutions to enhance our portfolio and streamline its operations as a whole,” said Ryan Sanzari, chief operating officer at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “Her dedication and creativity have made her an asset to our firm and we are pleased to have her formally join our leasing department, where I am confident that her granular knowledge of Glenpointe as well as her deep understanding of the needs of today’s tenants will help us drive continued success at the property and throughout our entire portfolio.”
Gutierrez joined the company with seven years of tenant management and operational experience, providing it with new insight into its portfolio with a particular focus on identifying trends in utility usage, according to a news release. Since gradually transitioning to the leasing department this past summer, Gutierrez has already coordinated multiple successful marketing initiatives to augment Sanzari’s leasing strategy at Glenpointe, including the addition of a marketing space at Glenpointe Centre West.
Additionally, Gutierrez has also contributed to the firm’s social media strategy and web presence as well as organized a successful sponsored webcast with Crain’s New York Business highlighting New Jersey’s appeal as a business destination.

Prior to joining Sanzari, Gutierrez worked with Greystone Management Solutions, providing third-party real estate portfolio management services to NJ Transit, the Metropolitan Bay Transportation Authority in Boston and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in New York. She is a resident of Montclair and a graduate of Monmouth University, where she earned a bachelor’s in applied communication and a double minor in marketing and Italian.
