An event rental services company has taken nearly 10,000 square feet of office space in Hasbrouck Heights, under a newly announced lease with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The real estate firm on Thursday announced the 9,459-square-foot deal with Party Rental Ltd., which will be among the latest tenants at Heights Plaza at 777 Terrace Ave. The property at the nexus of Interstate 80 and Route 17 is not far from the company’s 300,000-square-foot industrial building at 295 North St. in Teterboro, where it houses more than 3 million items for its business.
“In a highly competitive office market, Heights Plaza stands out for providing the ideal combination of accessibility, stability and affordability that can often be difficult for businesses to find in this area,” said Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “Our long-term ownership of Heights Plaza allows us to continue to ensure that the building is well-positioned to respond to changing tenant demands and meet the needs of the wide range of companies hoping to call Bergen County home in the future.”
Party Rental Ltd., which was founded more than 40 years ago, provides rental products to more than 55,000 events and celebrations each year, according to a news release. Its new space at the 200,000-square-foot complex will house the company’s operations and administrative teams.
