Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has welcomed a fencing solutions company to Elmwood Park Plaza, a 68,000-square-foot office building in the Bergen County borough.
According to the real estate firm, C&S Fencing Inc. has leased 4,016 square feet at the four-story property at 475 Market St. The building will be the new headquarters for the 56-year-old, family-owned business, which provides parking guide rails, automated gates and access controls, temporary fencing, security and deterrence fencing, complex custom installations and emergency fence repairs.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings represented the firm in-house.
“We are excited to establish our new headquarters at Elmwood Park Plaza and strengthen the connection we’ve built with the local business community over the past four decades,” said Antonino Spinella, president of C&S Fencing. “As we continue to grow our business, we look forward to providing our clients with the high-quality products and services we have to offer.”
In a news release, Sanzari noted that tenants at Elmwood Park Plaza have quick access to Interstate 80, the Garden State Parkway and Route 46, as well as mass transit and multiple retail and dining options. Other features include ample on-site surface and covered parking, while the building is zoned for both office and medical uses.
