A new wine and liquor store is coming to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Summit Plaza in Hackensack after committing to more than 4,200 square feet at the property.
In a news release, the landlord said Bottle & Cork will offer large selection of foreign and domestic wine and liquor brands at competitive prices. Its new home at 380 West Pleasantview Ave. places it just off Route 17, where it occupies 4,245 square feet alongside tenants such as Stop & Shop, GNC and Dollar Tree.
RIPCO Real Estate’s Curtis Nassau and Patrick Brake represented ownership at the 100,000-square-foot property.
“I am eager to open Bottle & Cork and soon welcome residents of Hackensack and its surrounding communities as valued customers,” said Shishir Patel, the business’ co-owner. “I am confident that Summit Plaza’s visibility and accessibility will allow Bottle & Cork to grow into a flourishing local business.”
Sanzari added that the property, which is also a short drive from routes 4 and 46 and Interstate 80, benefits from the area’s favorable demographics with a population of more than 600,000 within a five-mile radius.
“Summit Plaza offers an ideal opportunity for a wide range of retailers hoping to tap into Bergen County’s strong consumer base,” said Carolina Gutierrez, Sanzari’s manager of leasing and marketing. “Bottle & Cork will be a great addition to Summit Plaza, and we look forward to the store’s opening.”
