Andrea Santoni has joined Alfred Sanzari Enterprises as a residential property manager in charge of some 500 apartments in Bergen County, the firm announced.
In her new role, Santoni will oversee the day-to-day operation of the firm’s residential property division, which includes garden-style and luxury units throughout the area. She brings more than 10 years of property management and real estate experience to the position, most recently as a property manager for an apartment management company in the tristate area.
Previously, she was property manager for a luxury high-rise rental community in Fort Lee, according to a news release.
“I am proud to join Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a firm well-respected throughout the real estate industry for its professionalism and tenant-first philosophy,” Santoni said in a prepared statement. “I look forward to utilizing my expertise and experience to maintain the high standards of excellence for which Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ residential communities are known, and to meet — and exceed — tenants’ expectations on a daily basis.”
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ residential communities in Hackensack include The Ivanhoe, Prospect/Passaic and the Queen Anne apartments. Elsewhere in Bergen County, its properties include Nottingham Manor in Montvale, Willow Gardens in Teaneck and Riverside Terrace in Bogota.

I am confident Andrea’s leadership will contribute to the ongoing success of our entire residential portfolio.”
