Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has signed a lease with Star Hill Financial for 1,771 square feet and a lease renewal with Business Solution Providers for 1,050 square feet, both at Court Plaza in downtown Hackensack.
Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing for Sanzari, represented the firm in both transactions, while Jan Lewis of Cole Schotz PC provided legal services in the Star Hill Financial deal.

The three-building complex provides easy access to Interstate 80, routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway, while housing a host of tenant amenities.
Star Hill Financial is a certified minority-owned equipment leasing company providing equipment and franchise financing and consulting.
