Two law firms have signed renewals at Court Plaza, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ three-building, 335,000-square-foot office complex in Hackensack.
The larger of the two, the law offices of Brian J. Neary, renewed its lease for 2,755 square feet at Court Plaza South. Meantime, the office of Lawrence B. Diener renewed for 1,730 square feet at Court Plaza North.
Stephen C. Jennings, Sanzari’s vice president of leasing and marketing, negotiated the transactions on behalf of the owner, touting the property’s location directly across from the Bergen County Courthouse.
“Law firms of all sizes value the convenience that comes with conducting business in this quality office environment,” Jennings said in a prepared statement. “Lease renewals signal a vote of confidence in Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and the quality of our real estate assets. We are pleased these two successful law firms have elected to renew their commitment to Court Plaza and look forward to continuing our relationship with these valued tenants.”
Neary, a criminal defense attorney, has housed his practice at Court Plaza since 2013, Sanzari said. The firm represents those accused of crimes and serious motor vehicle offenses.
Diener has been a Court Plaza tenant since 2010, specializing in real estate, family law, personal injury, probate, commercial real estate and collections, among others.
Court Plaza encompasses three buildings, offering a landscaped plaza with fountains and seating areas, covered parking, a full-service bank, shoe shine/repair and dry-cleaning services, among other services. The property is one mile from Interstate 80 and routes 4 and 17.
