A law firm has found a new home in Hasbrouck Heights, having agreed to lease more than 3,000 square feet of office space from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
According to a news release, Bruno, Gerbino, Soriano and Aitken LLP is moving its headquarters to 777 Terrace Ave. after eight years in Ramsey. The practice will occupy 3,108 square feet at what’s known as Heights Plaza, which boasts a location at the intersection of Interstate 80 and Route 17 and a short drive from Midtown Manhattan.
John C. Giordano of Avison Young represented the tenant.
“In every deal we negotiate, we take great pride in working closely with our tenants to ensure their new space can be a place where their business can prosper,” said Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at ASE. “We welcome Bruno, Gerbino, Soriano and Aitken, LLP, to Heights Plaza and look forward to building upon our relationship as they enjoy everything Heights Plaza has to offer.”
In business for more than 25 years, the law firm represents leading insurance companies throughout New Jersey and New York in areas such as appellate practice, estate planning and litigation, first party insurance defense, general liability coverage defense, no fault insurance claim defense and real estate, the news release said. Its move to Heights Plaza came after it searched for office space that is closer to the Bergen County Courthouse and the greater New York City area.
The six-story, 200,000-square-foot building has covered parking, an on-site full-service cafeteria with indoor seating and other amenities.
“After touring several buildings in the market, we quickly realized that Heights Plaza offered the ideal combination of accessibility and adaptability that we hoped to find in our New Jersey headquarters,” said Vince Gerbino, managing partner of Bruno, Gerbino, Soriano and Aitken. “However, what impressed us most was Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ diligent work to ensure that our new space aligned with our short and long-term business needs.”
