A new dual-branded hotel for leisure and business travelers is only months away from opening at Glenpointe, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ mixed-use business complex in Teaneck.
The developer and its hotel operator, White Lodging, said Thursday that the Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton properties will open this spring. The hotels are set to provide 1,230 square feet of meeting space that can accommodate up to 100 people and 350 sleeping rooms for groups or individual travelers.
Sanzari is developing the building, with March Associates Construction Inc. serving as the construction manager, while White Lodging will manage the property. The operators touted the facility’s location near corporate offices in northern New Jersey, the Meadowlands sports and entertainment complex and Manhattan.
Guests staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Teaneck/Glenpointe will have access to amenities such as a year-round swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness room and business center, free Wi-Fi and a complimentary daily hot breakfast, according to a news release. The Homewood Suites by Hilton Teaneck/Glenpointe will offer all-suite accommodations, featuring fully equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas, plus other amenities.
“We are excited to create a bright new dual-hotel for travelers to Teaneck,” said Mitchell Heymann, director of sales and marketing for the development. “Whether our guests stay for fun or business, or a night or a few months, we are developing this property to accommodate their needs.
“With complimentary internet access, a daily hot breakfast buffet, a dual modern lobby, and access to all that northern New Jersey has to offer, we will provide the perfect mix of amenities that make for a comfortable stay.”
