Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has leased more than 3,000 square feet of office space in Hasbrouck Heights to OceanFirst Bank, as the lender continues its growth in northern New Jersey.
The commercial real estate firm announced Wednesday that the bank is taking space at Heights Plaza, its 200,000-square-foot property at 777 Terrace Ave. The location at the intersection of Interstate 80 and Route 17 will serve as a new loan production office to better serve OceanFirst’s customers throughout the region.
Barry Stafford and Matthew Kaufman of Consolidated Affiliates represented OceanFirst Bank in the 3,439-square-foot commitment.
“As a multigenerational New Jersey-based business ourselves, we take great pride in our seven-plus decade commitment to supporting the growth of fellow New Jersey-based businesses,” said Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “This pride drives our team each day as we ensure that our premier commercial spaces continue to be ideally suited to the needs of today’s businesses. We welcome OceanFirst to the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises family and look forward to working with them.”
With retail branches and loan production offices across New Jersey, metropolitan New York City and greater Philadelphia, OceanFirst offers commercial and residential financing solutions, trust and asset management and deposit services, according to a news release. Its newest office provides it with easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and Route 46, along with New York City via the nearby Hudson River crossings.
