A wealth management firm has leased more than 4,500 square feet of office space in Morris County, in a newly announced transaction by NAI James E. Hanson.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented both parties in the deal at 6 Mill Ridge Lane in Chester, where CKW Wealth Management is taking 4,582 square feet. The tenant is expanding and relocating from 1 Mill Ridge Lane, a building down the street that is owned by the same landlord.
NAI Hanson’s Joseph Vindigni, Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented both parties. They noted that Vindigni worked with CKW to secure an office space at 1 Mill Ridge Lane in 2017, prompting the tenant to reach out when it needed additional space.
“Despite challenges in the broader office market, we continue to see significant activity from professional services tenants searching for modern, well-located spaces,” Vindigni said. “Leveraging our deep local relationships on both sides of the office supply and demand equation, we continue to be well-suited to work closely with office landlords and tenants of all sizes and types to navigate the transactional puzzle in an efficient and seamless manner.”
NAI Hanson said Mill Ridge Lane provides quick access to corridors such as routes 206 and 46 and interstates 287 and 80. The firm has represented MGHC Group II LLC, the landlord at 1 and 6 Mill Ridge Lane, since 2015.
