Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is set to welcome a growing physical therapy chain to a grocery-anchored shopping center in Hackensack, the commercial real estate firm announced.
The operator, Trinity Rehab, is leasing 4,245 square feet at ASE’s Summit Plaza property at 380 West Pleasantview Ave. It will join tenants such as Stop & Shop, GNC, Harmon Face Values, LabCorp and others at the 88,000-square-foot complex, which boasts a location at the intersection of routes 17 and 46 and Interstate 80.
Silbert Realty & Management Co. represented both parties in the deal.
“We have seen well-located and adaptable retail properties, like Summit Plaza, continue to stand out in a difficult retail market,” said Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at ASE. “Situated at the intersection to three of Bergen County’s most heavily traveled roads, few retail properties in the area are better located than Summit Plaza. We are honored that Trinity Rehab chose our property to continue their expansion in the Bergen County market and we look forward to building a lasting relationship with them for years to come.”
The firm noted that Trinity, which has 47 locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, is one of the area’s fastest-growing outpatient physical therapy providers. The chain has several existing or planned locations in Bergen County, including sites in Emerson, Paramus, Wyckoff and Woodcliff Lake.
“Trinity Rehab and Summit Plaza are a perfect match,” said David Greenman, senior vice president at Silbert. “Furthermore, Summit Plaza will afford Trinity Rehab the much sought-after foothold within the growing Hackensack submarket, the county seat of Bergen County.”
