A marketing firm has renewed its lease for nearly 11,000 square feet at a Hasbrouck Heights office building, according to landlord Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The tenant, Specialists Marketing Services, extended the 10,800-square-foot commitment at 777 Terrace Ave., Sanzari said in a news release. The deal will keep the firm at its home of nearly a decade, which offers a location at the nexus of Route 17 and Interstate 80.
Stephen C. Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing for Sanzari, negotiated the deal in-house. Matthew Seltzer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors represented the tenant, which provides strategic customer acquisition and revenue generation services to leading brands, agencies and Fortune 500 companies for both consumer and business-to-business clients.
Specialist Marketing Services CEO Lon Mandel cited the building’s location, management and on-site amenities such as covered parking and a cafeteria. The property, known as Heights Plaza, includes 200,000 square feet of space across six floors and is minutes from the George Washington Bridge, while providing access to other major highways such as the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.
“We continue to attract new tenants to Heights Plaza, and retain long-time existing tenants, in part because of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ proactive approach to property management, our continued capital investment in the building and its great location,” Jennings said. “We are pleased to extend our relationship with Specialists Marketing Services, and look forward to meeting this successful company’s real estate needs for years to come.”
