Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has announced a lease renewal with specialty chemical company Bruno Bock, a longtime tenant at the real estate firm’s Glenpointe campus in Teaneck.
According to a news release, the Marschacht, Germany-based business produces solutions with applications in personal and home care as well as the chemical industry and across emerging technologies. It occupies 1,836 square feet at the 670,000-square-foot office complex at the junction of interstates 80 and 95, where it has maintained an office since 2009 as a means of supporting its operations in the United States.
“Over the past 15 years, we’ve emerged as the global leader in sulfur chemistry,” Bruno Bock CEO Jelle Westra said. “Glenpointe has played a pivotal role in fostering innovation and collaboration among our team. We look forward to continuing our success and growth from this outstanding campus.”
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Vice President and Director of Leasing and Marketing Christopher DeLorenzo and Manager of Leasing and Marketing Carolina Gutierrez represented the landlord in the renewal at 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd.

In announcing the deal, Sanzari noted that Glenpointe comprises four interconnected office, amenity and hotel buildings, plus a standalone, dual-branded hotel building. It has owned the property for more than four decades and has updated it in recent years with the addition of a modern dining hall, a 26,000-square-foot fitness center and a 22,000-square-foot multipurpose outdoor amenity space, as well as the use of the tenant engagement service known as Better Spaces that operates via an on-site community lounge.
