A criminal defense law firm has signed a lease expansion at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Court Plaza office complex in downtown Hackensack, the landlord announced Tuesday.
According to a news release, Sutnick & Sutnick LLC has been a tenant at the three-building, 335,000-square-foot property since 2013. It’s now set to remain with its recent renewal and expansion at Court Plaza South for 2,649 square feet, Sanzari said, giving it continued immediate access to the Bergen County Courthouse.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, Jessica Curry and Jonathan Kristofich represented ownership in the transaction at 21 Main St., which is minutes from Interstate 80 and routes 4, 17 and 46.
“We are thrilled to extend our lease at Court Plaza while securing the additional space we need to support our growth,” said Laura C. Sutnick, partner at Sutnick & Sutnick LLC. “With its strategic location, wealth of amenities and incredible management team, Court Plaza has met our firm’s needs for over a decade, and we look forward to continuing to leverage all it has to offer.”
In announcing the deal, Sanzari noted that Court Plaza has amenities such as a full-service cafeteria, an on-site fitness center with lockers and showers, a large common conference room and 100 percent on-site covered parking.
“Our tenant-focused approach allows us to deliver tailored space solutions for every company and professional that calls our properties home,” said Chris DeLorenzo, vice president and director of leasing and marketing at Sanzari. “We are excited to help Sutnick & Sutnick expand and proud to have them remain a part of our community.”
