An insurance agency has renewed its nearly 15,000-square-foot lease in Hasbrouck Heights, in the largest of several newly announced deals by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
In a news release, Sanzari said Scirocco Financial Group occupies 14,985 square feet at its Heights Plaza property at 777 Terrace Ave. The firm will stay in place at the 200,000-square-foot building at the crossroads of Interstate 80 and Route 17, as will Awad and Khoury LLP after inking a 3,626-square-foot renewal at the site.
All told, Sanzari has completed 31,502 square feet in recent office and retail lease renewals across its portfolio.
“For Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, tenants are not just clients but an extension of the family business — their success is our success,” said Ryan Sanzari, president of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “Our approach to tenant service has not only enabled our organization to succeed for over 75 years but has positioned us to manage our spaces in a manner that has earned the trust of numerous local businesses both large and small for decades. We are honored that these tenants have renewed their leases within our portfolio, joining our long roster of loyal tenants that have chosen to continue to call our properties home.”
Other renewals by the firm include those by Deutsch Atkins and Kleinfeldt and Lorraine Teleky-Petrella, Esq., for 5,319 and 1,482 square feet, respectively, at Court Plaza North at 25 Main St. in Hackensack. The latter has been a Sanzari tenant for more than 35 years, the firm said, while the former is relocating within the three-building Court Plaza complex.
“The fact that Deutsch Atkins and Kleinfeldt relocated within Court Plaza speaks volumes regarding our tenants’ appreciation of the complex and all it has to offer,” said Stephen Jennings, Sanzari’s vice president of leasing and marketing. “It also highlights our firm’s commitment to our tenant population and our ability to work collaboratively with each tenant to meet their individual office space needs.”
Meantime, Harmon renewed for 6,090 square feet at the firm’s Summit Plaza at 370 West Pleasantview Ave. in Hackensack, continuing a tenancy that goes back more than 30 years. It was one of two such deals at the retail property.
“The strong renewal activity seen throughout our portfolio is not only reflective of our loyalty to each and every tenant throughout the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises portfolio but also our ability to evolve our spaces to continually meet our tenants’ changing needs,” Jennings added.
