A laser eye surgery practice has renewed its nearly 6,500-square-foot lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Glenpointe office campus in Teaneck, the landlord announced Thursday.
In a news release, Sanzari said The Cornea and Laser Eye Institute is a longtime tenant at the 670,000-square-foot complex at the nexus of interstates 80 and 95. The provider, which specializes in laser, refractive, keratoconus and corneal eye surgery, occupies 6,407 square feet inside the property’s east building at 300 Frank W. Burr Blvd.
Leslie Florio of Clover Realty Group represented the tenant in the renewal.
“At our firm, long-term tenant retention is one of our highest priorities,” said Carolina Gutierrez, a leasing and marketing manager with Sanzari. “It’s easier said than done, as it takes true commitment to provide the superior tenant services needed to meet the changing needs of today’s businesses. We’re proud to provide those services across our portfolio and are thrilled to be continuing our decades long relationship with The Cornea and Laser Eye Institute at Glenpointe.”
The practice, which was founded in 1995, is among the latest tenants to renew or sign a new lease at Glenpointe. Sanzari over the last 12 months has negotiated more than 100,000 square feet in transactions, the firm said, citing the appeal of the property’s high-end fitness center, a multipurpose outdoor amenity space, 700 hotel rooms and several casual and fine dining options.
The landlord also recently unveiled a modern dining hall known as Marketplace, An Urban Eatery at Glenpointe, which has a seasonal menu and a fully automated system that includes kiosks for in-store ordering and a website for pickup and catering orders.
