Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is adding two tenants to its Glenpointe campus in Teaneck after signing leases with a logistics solutions firm and a global biotechnology company.
In the larger deal, Made4net LLC committed to 6,061 square feet at the three-building office complex on Frank W. Burr Boulevard, according to a news release. The global provider of cloud-based supply chain execution and warehouse management solutions will use the site as its corporate headquarters.
The second tenant, GC Biopharma USA, is leasing 5,307 square feet and is relocating from Fort Lee, the news release said. Sanzari noted that the company is an affiliate of GC Biopharma, a South Korean biotech firm, and is overseeing the U.S. introduction of an intravenous immunoglobulin manufacturing process that could help treat a host of chronic conditions and other diseases.
Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in both deals. Marc Legman of Legacy Property Group represented Made4net.

The deals follow a year in which Sanzari and Newmark secured more than 70,000 square feet of leasing activity at Glenpointe, despite a challenged office market. Ownership pointed to the property’s location at the nexus of interstates 80 and 95 and amenities such as a modern dining hall, a 26,000-square-foot fitness center and a 22,000-square-foot multipurpose outdoor amenity space.
Glenpointe is also home to 700 hotel rooms across three on-site hotels, casual and fine dining options, a full-service Starbucks, abundant covered parking and 24/7 security. Tenants, meantime, have access to Better Spaces, a tenant engagement service that operates via an on-site community lounge and app that offers more than 40 free programs and classes per week.
