Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has signed lease renewals with five law firms at its well-known, three-building office complex in Hackensack’s government district.
The family-owned firm on Thursday announced the transactions at Court Plaza, which comprises 19, 21 and 25 Main St. The tenants include:
- The Knee Law Firm, for 2,600 square feet
- Potenza & Curtis Law, for 1,350 square feet
- Cowen & Jacobs, for 1,250 square feet
- Robert M. Biagiotti Law, for 1,000 square feet
- Sutnick & Sutnick, which signed an expansion for 1,800 square feet
Sitting directly across from the Bergen County Administrative Complex and other governmental offices, the 335,000-square-foot complex is home to a host of law and other professional services firms. The property boasts easy access to Interstate 80, routes 17, 4 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.
Sanzari also highlighted the campus’ on-site property management and ownership, a full-service cafeteria, a fully equipped fitness facility and other amenities.
