Savills Studley has added to its New Jersey brokerage team with the hiring of a new corporate managing director.
The tenant representation firm announced Monday that Slava Vaynberg has joined its Rutherford office after nearly a decade with Cushman & Wakefield. In his new role, Vaynberg will focus on representing office tenants throughout New Jersey and nationally.
“Savills Studley’s integrated suite of services and its legacy as the top tenant advisory firm in the business make it the ideal home for me as I continue my commercial real estate career,” Vaynberg said. “I look forward to working alongside the firm’s market-leading brokers and consultants and leveraging its global platform to better serve my clients.”
At C&W, Vaynberg rose through the ranks to become the youngest senior director in the firm’s New Jersey office, Savills Studley said in a news release. He has represented both local and national firms including AssuredPartners, American Stock Transfer and Trust, Kyowa Kirin, Kering Eyewear and LS Power.
Vaynberg has also been involved in major New Jersey office transactions such as Bausch Health, Integra Life Sciences, SES and Anadigics.
“Slava is well known in the market for delivering creative real estate solutions to his clients,” said Gregg Najarian, executive vice president and branch manager of Savills Studley’s Rutherford office. “We are thrilled to have another exceptional broker on our team as we continue to serve occupiers throughout New Jersey and the globe.”
Vaynberg received a bachelor’s from Boston University’s School of Management, the news release said. He serves as a committee member for the CFO Leadership Council.
