Sharbell Development Corp. has unveiled 20 new townhome-style condominiums in Somerset County, marking the completion of a project just west of Route 206.
Known as Villas at Montgomery Crossing, the community on Village Drive has upscale homes ranging from 1,829 to 2,587 square feet with prices starting from $699,000, according to a news release. The homes are also directly across from the property’s central park, while residents are minutes from shopping, dining and everyday conveniences in Montgomery Township.
Additionally, the condos are two miles from Princeton and within the Montgomery Township School District.
