Sheldon Gross Realty has named a new corporate sales representative, touting his experience in both the real estate and food industries.

In the new role, Jay Hsu will primarily support the West Orange-based company’s commercial real estate sales and leasing efforts. He most recently served as a vice president with United Foods Corp., but has also worked as a sales associate for RE/MAX.
The firm noted that Hsu has experience in real estate-focused comparative market analysis and property value advisement, as well as development of documents such as listing agreements, purchase agreements and leases. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, he’s a graduate of Rutgers University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
“Jay’s experience is extremely broad, so his background in real estate sales is accented by a range of additional skills,” said Jonathan Glick, executive vice president with Sheldon Gross Realty. “I’m confident he’ll have a significant and immediate impact in terms of optimizing our clients’ financial returns.”
