Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. has added to its brokerage team with the hiring of a new corporate sales representative.
The West Orange-based firm on Monday announced the addition of Jonathan Minardi, who will focus exclusively on commercial real estate sales. He previously worked for Neuhaus Realty as a sales associate and was primarily engaged in residential property sales.
“I’m really interested in commercial and corporate real estate, and my new position with Sheldon Gross Realty provides me the opportunity to move in that direction,” Minardi said. “I was first introduced to real estate sales by my mother, who is also a sales agent. I’m looking forward to following in her footsteps — specifically in commercial sales.”
Minardi attended Brookdale Community College, studying business administration and management, before earning his real estate license.
“We’re delighted to have someone with Jonathan’s passion and background join our company,” said Jonathan Glick, executive vice president for Sheldon Gross Realty. “He’ll be a great fit for our clients and for the other members of our sales team.”
