West Orange-based Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. has brokered two new leases in its hometown, including one that has brought a new business to the community.
In one deal, the firm represented Posture Perfect Chiropractic in a roughly 2,550-square-foot transaction at 405 Northfield Ave. The lease brings the practice to a new 38,500-square-foot building, providing it with more space than its previous office and allowing it to use additional therapy equipment.
In the other transaction, the Middlesex County-based student transport company known as 2nd Student leased space at 47 Park Ave., according to a news release. The company is expanding its Essex County presence as a result of the lease at the 5,000-square-foot, multitenant office building, which sits near an Interstate 280 interchange.
Sheldon Gross Realty Vice President Eric Weston represented the tenant in each lease.
“Whenever we complete a transaction in West Orange, that’s always a bit special,” Sheldon Gross, founder and president of Sheldon Gross Realty, said in a prepared statement. “This town is a uniquely favorable business environment, so helping add to the roster of companies located here is a win-win for all involved.”
