The owner of an industrial flex building in Hanover Township has tapped Sheldon Gross Realty as its manager at the property, the real estate services firm announced Tuesday.
Located at 45 Horse Hill Road, the asset is a single-story, 146,176-square-foot facility in the township’s Cedar Knolls section. Sheldon Gross will provide full-time property management services at what’s known as Morristown North Commerce Center, working in tandem with the leasing team of Lori Zuck and Jeffrey Furey, both of Lee & Associates New Jersey.
“For a varied space of this size, with a range of different tenants, it’s essential to have a comprehensive property management provider,” said Marcy Gross, president of Sheldon Gross Realty. “And, the fact that we’re working in close collaboration with Lee & Associates, the property’s leasing agents, adds an additional level of service and expertise that significantly benefits tenants and ownership.”
The West Orange-based firm expects to provide services including ongoing, in-depth analysis of the entire property to determine optimal utilization, coordinating and supervising repairs or renovations to the building, collecting rent payments and paying incoming invoices, according to a news release. In announcing the assignment, Sheldon Gross touted the building’s location near Interstate 287 and routes 24 and 10.
