A flooring company has renewed its lease at a nearly 80,000-square-foot building in Fairfield, in a transaction managed by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The tenant, Allstate Flooring Distributors, recommitted to its 41,458-square-foot space at 140 Clinton Road, Sheldon Gross said in a news release. The company uses the location as a showroom for customers, designers and contractors, benefiting from a location off Route 46 and near Interstate 80 and Route 23.
Sheldon Gross Realty Senior Vice President Robert Nathin managed the transaction.
“This is a particularly versatile building, and at 77,983 square feet, it’s able to meet the needs of a broad range of tenants,” Nathin said. “It’s difficult to imagine a better space for a flooring product showroom, which naturally led to this leasing being renewed.”
Earlier this year, Nathin managed a transaction that saw Allstate Flooring Distributors renew and expand its lease to 12,678 square feet at 111 Lehigh Drive in Fairfield, the news release said.
The company offers a wide variety of hardwood flooring styles, including both domestic and exotic hardwoods.
