Five tenants have renewed their leases at a 102,000-square-foot office building in West Orange, under a series of deals announced Friday by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The activity at 80 Main St. includes a 2,935-square-foot lease by National Staffing Associates, the brokerage firm said in a news release. The transaction is among more than 11,000 square feet of activity at the building near Interstate 280, with tenants also including Feldman & Grodeck, the Essex County Democratic Committee, Harvey Grossman, Esq., and Ronald M. Gutwirth, Esq.
“It’s been a remarkably busy few months,” Sheldon Gross, the firm’s CEO and president, said in a prepared statement. “When you renew five leases in a single building, all around the same time, you’re clearly dealing with a special location.
“It’s a modern facility near everything downtown West Orange offers, and it benefits from the positive energy provided by thriving businesses.”
Sheldon Gross, which serves as the broker for the building, also announced that it has refurbished its own 3,430-square foot office in the building. The project has resulted in new walls, ceiling, flooring, carpeting, furniture and the addition of private offices and a kitchen, all aimed at creating a more stylish, modern look.
