A weight loss spa has found its first New Jersey location after leasing 2,400 square feet in downtown Summit, brokers with Sheldon Gross Realty announced last week.
The operator, Bodenvy, will join a row of nine retail storefronts at a high-traffic location at the corner of Springfield and Summit avenues. It’s leasing the space at 331 Springfield Ave. under a long-term commitment, with plans to offer weight loss, fat and cellulite reduction, skin tightening and muscle toning.
Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross and Assistant Vice President Matt Leonelli manage the property and brokered the lease, noting that the site is less than two miles from Chatham, New Providence and the Mall at Short Hills. The brokerage team added that Bodenvy has two Florida locations and one in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with another scheduled to open soon in the Detroit area.
“You’d be hard-pressed to find a more lovely shopping district than Summit’s,” Gross said. “We’ve managed 331 Springfield Avenue for three years and it’s an ideal space for just about any upscale business. It sits right in the heart of multiple affluent Union County and Morris County communities.”
