Sherwin-Williams takes 3,200 sq. ft. on Route 17 in Ramsey, Goldstein Group says

Sherwin-Williams has leased more than 3,200 square feet of highway retail space in Ramsey, brokers with The Goldstein Group announced Monday.

The location, 735 Route 17, is just north of East Crescent Road and provides the paint manufacturer with a new 3,220-square-foot location in northern Bergen County. It’s leasing the space from Premium Property Group Inc., under a deal in which The Goldstein Group Principal Neil Goldstein and George Marogi of Keller Williams City Views Realty represented the tenant and ownership, respectively.

“We’ve been working with Sherwin-Williams to find a location in the area for some time,” said Chuck Lanyard, The Goldstein Group’s president. “They’ve been a longtime client of the company and Neil Goldstein found them a location that provides easy accessibility and great visibility.”
