A Brazilian shoe brand has opened a new store at The Mall at Short Hills, its first New Jersey location, following a 1,800-square-foot lease by Cushman & Wakefield.
Retail brokers with C&W announced that they represented the operator, Schutz, in the long-term commitment at the luxury mall in Millburn. Its new location places it on the second floor of the luxury shopping complex, which is owned by the Taubman Co.
C&W’s Laura Pomerantz, Betty Ende and Heather Reihs Keller lead the Manhattan-based retail team that represents Schutz in North America.
“We were so happy that the Pomerantz Team brought Schutz to The Mall at Short Hills, and we welcome this contemporary, international tenant,” said Marla Sokol, director of luxury leasing for Taubman.
