Signature Acquisitions has leased more than 17,000 square feet in Cranford to a key state agency, in the largest of several fourth-quarter deals announced by the firm.
The Department of the Treasury will be among the newest tenants at 6 Commerce Drive, a 58,000-square-foot property in Signature’s Parkway Commerce Center portfolio. The 17,477-square-foot transaction comes alongside another Q4 deal in Cranford, at 65 Jackson Drive, where an outpatient substance abuse and psychiatric facility known as High Focus Centers will occupy 11,301 square feet.
The deals are among 67,437 square feet of new, expanded and renewed office leases across Signature’s portfolio during the quarter, its most active of 2023, capping a year with more than 160,000 square feet of commitments.

Signature’s other Q4 deals in Clark and Cranford include:
- A 4,694-square-foot lease with Fredson Statmore, a personal injury law firm
- Expanded leases with Turtle & Hughes, one of the nation’s largest independent electrical and industrial distribution companies, and US Electric, an electrical and EV station construction company
- Renewals by Flexi-Van, a leader in intermodal chassis leasing services; CleanNet, a commercial cleaning services company; LJ Gonzer, a full-service technical staffing company, and Rhythm Medical, a medical products distribution company.
The firm also announced Q4 activity in Parsippany, including renewals by Tiger Advisory Associates at 1055 Parsippany Blvd. and by Centrient Pharmaceuticals at Waterview Corporate Center.
