An affiliate of The Silverman Group has purchased a nearly 41,000-square-foot industrial building in Hillsborough, in a newly announced deal by Cushman & Wakefield.
Brokers with the firm represented the seller, RC Fine Foods, in the $8.3 million sale-leaseback at 139 Stryker Lane. They noted that the 40,700-square-foot building sits on six acres near Route 206 and has 30-foot clear ceiling heights, three dock-high doors, one drive-in door and 59 parking spaces, adding that it’s equipped with a roof-mounted solar system.
Cushman’s Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard, Mark Zaziski, Patrick Decker and Dan Bottiglieri completed the assignment, having also procured SL Industrial Partners as the buyer.
“139 Stryker Lane presented the rare opportunity for investors to acquire a stabilized, high-quality asset in one of the most desirable industrial enclaves in Hillsborough,” Sobel said. “This asset is 100 percent leased by RC Fine Foods, who has been at the property since 1995.”
