Manasquan Bank has sold a nearly 39,000-square-foot warehouse and office building in Wall Township for $7.7 million, according to brokers with Sitar Realty Co.
In a news release, the team said a Lakewood-based entity listed as Shore Property No2 LLC purchased the property at 2231 Landmark Place. Sitar Executive Vice President Douglas Sitar and Senior Director Robert JanTausch arranged the sale of the 38,762-square-foot, two-story building on 3.49 acres.
