Max Fuchsman

Sitex Group has promoted Max Fuchsman to vice president, touting his role in growing the industrial real estate investment firm since his arrival in 2022.
In his new post with the Englewood-based company, Fuchsman will oversee leasing and acquisition for prospective investment opportunities, according to a news release. In addition, he will continue to be responsible for handling portfolio management as well as disposition strategies and tactics for the firm.
“Max is a highly motivated real estate finance professional who has been instrumental in the growth of Sitex since his arrival,” Principal Blake Chroman said. “This promotion is recognition of Max’s ability to navigate the intricate landscape of the business with finesse and strategic vision.”
Fuchsman is a former associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s institutional capital markets team based in New York, where he focused on office, multifamily, retail and industrial investment sales transactions and was involved in more than $37 billion of deals during his tenure, the news release said. He holds a bachelor’s in finance and marketing from the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University.
