A sporting goods store has extended its lease along Route 22 in Green Brook, in one of two newly announced deals by the Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented both Go Soccer and the landlord at 309 Route 22. The business has operated at the location for the past five years and will continue to do so for at least another five, following the newly signed extension.
Todd Gannet, a senior vice president with Boniakowski, completed the deal. The broker also represented both parties in another recent lease, at 148-152 Main St. in Lebanon, where Aflac committed to 2,500 square feet at what’s known as Oasis Commons.
“The convenience and demographics of the location helped make this office a natural fit for the agency’s expansion,” the firm said in its announcement.
