T-Mobile has leased 2,000 square feet at a Somerset County shopping center, Levin Management Corp. said Tuesday.
The wireless voice and data communications services provider is the latest tenant to take space at Rutgers Plaza, located at Easton Avenue at Kennedy Boulevard in Franklin Township, Levin Management said in a news release. Leasing Representative Jordan Korris negotiated the long-term lease on behalf of the firm, which is the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 266,000-square-foot center.
“T-Mobile represents a high-quality addition to Rutgers Plaza’s diverse tenant roster,” Korris said in a prepared statement. “Retailers are attracted by Rutgers Plaza’s centralized location, excellent daily consumer traffic and two quality anchor tenants — Stop & Shop and Crunch Fitness. T-Mobile brings another valuable service to the property and to the area.”
Rutgers Plaza’s other tenants include national and regional retailers such as including Dollar Tree, Burger King, GameStop, Chase Bank and others.
